Certified psychotherapist with over a decade of experience counselling individuals, couples, and families in India and overseas. She is associated with Parivarthan Counselling, Training and Research Centre and BWRT® India, and is an Organisational Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works in an integrated humanistic and person-centred style, using approaches such as BWRT®, CBT, REBT, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, with a trauma-sensitive focus. Her main areas of work are relationship and marital counselling, stress, anxiety and mood-related concerns, emotional regulation, life transitions, and personal growth.
